Russell Stover Orange Marshmallow Pumpkin

Woohoo! The first Halloween review of the year!

We all know I love marshmallow...and what's not to love here? It's orange flavored, it's pumpkin shaped, and it's marshmallow!

The milk chocolate shell is thin and splits into about a million pieces, but the marshmallow holds it together with minimal mess. The chocolate is not bad, but the strongest flavor in it is the fake vanilla (vanillin) that Russell Stover uses. The melt is pretty smooth and it's glossy. Hardly memorable, but not offensive either.

The marshmallow is soft and spongy. It's a lovely shade of toxic waste orange. The orange flavor is definitely not found in nature but it was still pleasant. Not too bitter, not too sweet. Nor was it as blatantly fake as the vanilla in the chocolate.

You would never confuse this with a high end chocolate...but it's good in a low bad sort of way.
